We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Delivering education consultancy and running programme applications
- Meeting legal obligations before and during a contract
- Carrying out communications and sending you information
- Improving service quality and measuring customer satisfaction
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements
Legal grounds
We process your personal data on the legal grounds set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK:
- 5/2-a: Your explicit consent
- 5/2-c: Necessary for entering into or performing a contract
- 5/2-ç: Compliance with a legal obligation
- 5/2-e: Our legitimate interests (subject to a balancing test)
Your rights under the KVKK

To learn whether your personal data is being processed
To request information about it if it is
To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
To have it corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate
To request its erasure or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK
To object to a result reached solely through automated analysis that works against you
To claim compensation for loss caused by unlawful processing
Requests are assessed within 30 days at the latest, and the outcome is communicated to you in writing or electronically. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
